Additional Option Provided for 2024 Budget Public Participation
Residents are encouraged to provide comments and presentations as part of the Regular Meeting of Council on Wednesday, September 20th, at 9:00 a.m.

The Town of Pelham's 2024 Budget public participation will take place using a hybrid format of in-person and Zoom on September 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.
Participants must register in advance.
- Virtual Participation: Zoom
- In-person Participation: Council Chambers, Pelham Town Hall, 20 Pelham Town Square, Fonthill ON

How residents can participate:
Residents may provide written submissions in advance. Submissions by e-mail, regular post, or drop box must be received by the Town of Pelham by the end of business day, 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

- By regular post to 20 Pelham Town Square, P.O. Box 400, Fonthill, ON L0S 1E0, c/o Town Clerk
- By placing comments in an envelope in the drop box located at the lower main entrance to Town Hall, adjacent to Peace Park.
Those who wish to present to Council either in person or via Zoom must pre-register by emailing clerks@pelham.ca by the end of business day, 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
