Lincoln Pelham Public Library (LPPL) was created on April 1, 2022, by the merger of the Lincoln and Pelham Public Libraries.

A new Board of Directors has been appointed as a result of the 2022 municipal election. The Library Board will be developing a new Strategic Plan to guide the activities of the library for the next five years.

Your answers will help inform the Strategic Plan and priorities for library facilities, programs and services in your community.
